Bea Caenepeel

Bea Caenepeel is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group HR Director for multiple companies, including Roger & Roger SA, Dicofoods NV, Dicogel Begro, and Westfro NV, all since December 2018. Additionally, Bea has been the Owner and Independent Entrepreneur of X-US since 2006. Prior experience includes founding Altior – Executive Search, holding the position of Vice President HR at Unilin from 2001 to 2006, and working as a Senior Consultant and Assistant COO at Hudson / De Witte & Morel from 1988 to 2001. Bea Caenepeel obtained a degree from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent during the period from 1981 to 1985.
