Deng Gichuru

Deng Gichuru is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary at Westfund Health Insurance since March 2020, Deng previously held positions at Cash Converters as Interim Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk, and at HBF Health as Group Risk Manager. Additionally, Deng spent a decade in operational and leadership roles at RAC WA. Deng's academic credentials include participation in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, an MBA from Macquarie Business School, and completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, alongside studies in Integrated Risk Management at ANZIIF.
