Paolo Ponte is the Managing Director of WESTHOUSE ITALIA SRL and Westhouse Managed Services s.r.l. Paolo is also the Founder/CEO of 360SMART and has experience in Strategic Business Development. Paolo has worked as an SSC Executive at Start People S.p.A. and as a Project Coordinator at Randstad - Start People. Additionally, Paolo has been a Management Consultant at Start People and owned their own company, ACTVALUE CONSULTING & SOLUTIONS. With a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Paolo has also completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan and MIP Politecnico di Milano.
