Michael Barker

Michael Barker is an experienced Test Engineer and Welding Engineer currently employed at Westinghouse Electric Corporation since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Welding Project Engineer at HIROTEC AMERICA, Inc. from September 2019 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes working as a Railcar Welder and Mechanic at Rescar Companies, where routine maintenance and repairs using the FCAW process were performed. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Welding and Fabrication Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology, completed in 2019, and an Associate's degree in Welding and Fabrication from Triangle Tech, obtained in 2016. Michael's educational background began with a high school diploma from Punxsutawney Area High School, earned in 2008.
