Grace Fretwell

Grace Fretwell is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in patient coordination, customer service, marketing, and education. Currently serving as a Patient Coordinator at Westlake Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery since September 2023, Grace manages patient check-ins, schedules, and educates patients on cosmetic procedures and skincare products. Previously, as a Keyholder at Everything But Water, Grace excelled in customer service and sales support, while also taking on managerial responsibilities in the absence of senior staff. Grace's experience as a Marketing Intern at SLW Media involved managing content needs and organizing client workflow, and a role as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Oklahoma provided opportunities to mentor students. Grace Fretwell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a Minor in Healthcare from the University of Oklahoma.
