Elaine Willis

Elaine Willis has extensive experience in public relations, currently serving as a Public Relations Associate at Westlake Porter Public Library since December 1997. In this role, Elaine manages marketing communications through various channels, oversees the production of community newsletters, and handles media relations, resulting in significant local news coverage. Prior experience includes serving as the National Public Relations Coordinator for Church Army USA, where Elaine implemented a fundraising campaign and produced promotional materials, and as a Public Relations Specialist for the Better Business Bureau Serving Greater Cleveland, coordinating media relations and publicity efforts for major events. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from Ohio University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
