Stephani Field

Stephani Field is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at City of Westland. Stephani has over thirty years of experience in human resources and employee relations.

Field started their career in 1981 as the Certificated HR Manager for Garden City Public Schools. In 2012, they became the Director of Human Resources & Employee Relations for Ann Arbor Public Schools, a position they held until 2018.

In their current role as Chief Human Resource Officer at City of Westland, Field is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations. Stephani is committed to creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Stephani Field has a Bachelor of Science in Business Ed from Eastern Michigan University.
