Lizzie Tobin

Lizzie Tobin is an experienced Development Manager currently working at Westminster City Council since April 2024, previously holding the same title at Be First Regeneration Limited from August 2022 to April 2024. Prior to this, Lizzie served as an Associate and Senior Surveyor at DS2, specializing in affordable housing services and financial viability assessments from April 2019 to August 2022.
