Gina M. Vance

Gina Vance, EdD, serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Westminster College (PA) since July 2006, previously holding roles such as Assistant Vice President and Associate Dean of Student Affairs. In this capacity, Gina Vance has significantly contributed to curriculum development, residence life management, and student affairs initiatives, overseeing the educational and developmental needs of approximately 1,100 residential students and coordinating orientation programs for new students. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Residence Life at Baldwin Wallace University and Assistant Dean of Students at Ursuline College, where notable achievements included increasing the residential student population and enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Education from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Education from Kent State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mount Union.
