Girish Thakar

Girish Thakar has extensive experience in coaching soccer, starting as the Head Men's Soccer Coach at Slippery Rock University from 1994 to 1998. Girish then moved on to Westminster College (PA) where they held multiple roles, including Head Men's and Women's soccer Coach, Director of Soccer Camps, and a position in the Health and Physical Education Department from 1998 to 2013.

Girish Thakar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 1991. Girish later pursued a Master's degree in Education at Westminster College (PA) from 2011 to 2012.
