Michelle Hintz-Prange

Michelle Hintz-Prange is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Westminster Shores since January 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over two decades at TSE Industries, advancing from the position of Human Resources Manager from March 2000 to January 2024. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as an Employment Counselor at HIRED from 1998 to 2000, assisting welfare recipients in securing full-time employment, and held the position of HR Manager at Minneapolis North Hilton from 1996 to 1998, where all human resources functions were managed within a one-person department. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
