Courtney Greenlee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Courtney currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Westminster Village, where they successfully led the workforce through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Courtney also had a brief stint at State Farm Insurance as a System Support Specialist and an After Hours Quote & Bind Sales Representative, where they assisted management with software navigation, HR representatives with data entry, and sold insurance policies in a call center setting.

Lastly, Courtney worked as a Customer Service Representative at APPS Paramedical, where they handled candidate selection, employee terminations, new employee orientations, and daily administrative tasks.

Courtney Greenlee attended Marian Catholic, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. After that, they enrolled in Prairie State College from 2006 to 2007 and obtained an Associates of Arts degree in Psychology. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Courtney attended Eureka College, where they received a B.S. degree in Organizational Leadership. Most recently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Illinois State University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2019.
