Rebecca Saunders is a professional with diverse experience in civic engagement, event coordination, and education within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Civic Officer for Weston-super-Mare Town Council since August 2021, Rebecca previously held the role of Academy Coordinator at The Chefs' Forum from January 2020 to August 2021, facilitating connections between chefs, suppliers, and educational institutions to support the development of young culinary talent.
