Emma Clipson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emma started their career at ING Life as a Telephone Underwriter in 2009. Emma then worked as a Claims Assessor at Southern Cross Travel Insurance from 2007 to 2010. Emma joined Vector Limited in 2011, where they held various positions, including Key Account Coordinator, Solar Programme Customer Service Manager, and Contract Integration Manager. Emma then moved to solarcity New Zealand as the Head of Customer Experience from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Transition Manager and Process Improvement Manager at Mercury NZ. Emma joined Spark New Zealand in 2018 as a Customer Experience Design Manager and later became an Agile Product Owner. Currently, they are working at Westpac New Zealand as the Chapter Lead Service Design and Head of Strategic Design.
Emma Clipson attended Unitec | Te Pūkenga from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a diploma in Design and Visual Arts.
