Charissa Chen-Micheaux

Charissa Chen-Micheaux is an experienced compliance and risk management professional with a strong background in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Manager of Records Management and Privacy at Westpac, Charissa has held various senior roles within the organization, focusing on risk and compliance across digital and retail banking. Previous positions include Compliance Analyst at American Express and Compliance Manager at HSBC Hong Kong, as well as Head of Compliance at HSBC Global Service Centre in China. Charissa began their career at KPMG as an Assistant Manager.
