Neha Goswami

Neha Goswami is a Senior Associate in Banking & Finance at Maddocks, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this, Neha worked at PwC Australia from April 2018 to August 2021, progressing from Senior Associate/Senior Manager to Associate/Manager in the legal field. Neha's earlier experience includes serving as a Solicitor in the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team at Herbert Smith Freehills from March 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities involved working with large corporates and major lenders on acquisitions and refinancings, complemented by rotations in Asset Finance and Commercial Litigation. Neha began legal training at Herbert Smith Freehills as a Summer Clerk and Paralegal from November 2012 to November 2013. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Law (Honors) from UNSW, completed in 2013, as well as secondary education at Presbyterian Ladies College Sydney from 2003 to 2008.
