Jill Baker

Jill Baker is an accomplished Program Manager at WESTPAK, Inc. since December 2016, bringing extensive experience in client services, operations, and team management from previous roles, including Founder of Plan Perfekt and Sr. Director of Client Services at Pathway Genomics. At Pathway Genomics, Jill established strong relationships with clients and managed various functional teams while overseeing logistics for DNA sample collection. Jill also contributed to community outreach as Missions and Outreach Coordinator for Grace Point Church, where a focused program was developed. As a Partner at BlueRidge Group, Jill managed a consulting practice and directed consultants, while earlier in career, significant roles included Senior Systems Architect at Agilera and Vice President at Cherry Road Technologies. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from California State University, Northridge.
