Shaun Fenton

Shaun Fenton has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on behavioral health services. Shaun has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Shaun started as a Registered Nurse at Community Medical Services and Mohave Mental Health Clinic in 2010, where they provided outpatient drug addiction services and inpatient sub-acute psychiatric services. Shaun then worked as a Cardiac PCU Nurse, Telemetry Staff RN, and Relief Charge RN at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center from 2010 to 2011. From 2012 to 2014, Shaun served as the Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health at Western Medical Center-Anaheim, overseeing nursing care and managing a team of 40 RNs and BHTs. Shaun then moved on to Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, where they held the role of RN Senior Manager from 2014 to 2017, responsible for managing a team of 128 healthcare professionals and overseeing daily operations of a behavioral health inpatient facility. Shaun joined Community Bridges as a Registered Nurse (RN) Administrator in 2017, where they directed a clinical staff of up to 105 professionals and managed nursing operations for crisis stabilization, emergency behavioral services, and detox services. In 2018, Shaun joined Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital as the Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing nursing operations until 2021. Shaun then served as the Chief Executive Officer at Conway Behavioral Health Hospital from 2021 to 2022 and at Acadia Healthcare from 2022 to 2023.
