Andy Carroll

Andy Carroll is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as a Project Executive at Westphal & Company, Inc. since April 2022, where roles have also included Project Manager and Estimator. Prior to this, Andy garnered extensive experience at Helix Electric from August 2016 to April 2022, progressing from Junior Estimator to Lead Estimator. Earlier in the career, Andy held the position of Loss Prevention Manager at Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas from October 2005 to May 2010. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, earned between 2010 and 2015.
