Leesa Gail Kraemer

Leesa Gail Kraemer has extensive experience in executive support and team leadership across multiple organizations since 2003. Currently at MWV since October 2006, Leesa has provided support to top executives while fostering sustainability initiatives through the company's green team. Prior roles include significant contributions at WestRock Company, also supporting multiple vice presidents, and as a project services senior engineering technician at Air Products and Chemicals. Leesa has served on the Maymont DNS Board from 2007 to 2013, demonstrating commitment to community engagement. Educational qualifications include degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and Richard Bland College of William & Mary.
