Philippe Derouault

Philippe Derouault is an experienced operations leader in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Director of Global Operations at WestRock Company since November 2021. Overseeing four factories across France, the UK, and the USA, Derouault specializes in producing machines for the food and beverage industry. Previous roles include Managing Director of Sidel India from February 2018 to October 2021 and Managing Director of CERMEX SAS, where responsibilities encompassed operations management for multiple manufacturing units. Derouault’s extensive background also includes roles in purchasing, global sourcing, product development, and project management at Sidel, along with experience as Design Office Manager at Simon Frères.
