Jon Herzog

Jon Herzog is an experienced executive with a strong background in the housing and development industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Westrum Development Company since December 2012, Jon Herzog has also held the title of Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Beazer Homes from March 2006 to December 2012, where responsibilities encompassed managing Land Development, Home Construction, and Purchasing Departments, as well as overseeing multiple communities in varying stages of construction. Jon Herzog began previous career roles as Vice President of Land Development and Land Development Manager at Beazer, and as Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers. Jon Herzog holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire.
