Doug Kuper

Doug Kuper is an experienced technician and manager with a diverse background in various industries, including machining, custom fabrication, and production management. Currently serving as a Service Technician at Westrup ApS since June 2023, Doug previously worked at Combined Pool & Spa and All-Phase as a Technician and Consultant, respectively. From August 2015 to June 2022, Doug gained significant experience as a Machinist at RMS Roller Grinder, focusing on machining cast and mild steel, machine programming, and quality assurance. Doug's entrepreneurial experience includes owning K&K Custom Fabrication, where multiple metal projects were designed, engineered, and fabricated. Prior management experience as a Production Manager at Lectrus Corporation involved overseeing machine shop production and a team of up to 40 operators. Doug began a career in agricultural management as a Hog Confinement Manager at Bly Brothers LLC. Doug graduated from Lennox High School in 1999.
