Armando Avila

Armando Avila has extensive experience in sales and materials management within the building materials industry. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist and Quoting Specialist at Westside Building Material Corporation since December 2021, Armando previously held positions at Great Western Building Materials from October 2014 to December 2021 in purchasing, and at WESTSIDE/ALTA BUILDING MATERIALS from April 2003 to October 2014, focusing on inside sales and material purchasing. Earlier career roles included inside sales, customer service, purchasing, dispatch, driver, and warehouseman at Allied Building Products from August 1998 to April 2003, as well as a custodian at California Polytechnic State University from June 1993 to August 1998 and various positions at Nations Giant Burgers and Great Pies. Armando Avila is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1998, with additional education at Cuesta College from 1993 to 1995.
