Hannah Laird

Hannah Laird is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management and property development. Currently serving as a Realtor at Westside Estate Agency since February 2023 and as the Company Owner of Laird Realty LLC since July 2022, Laird also holds the role of Founder and CEO at Laird Property Investments, established in June 2020. Laird's previous roles include Senior Associate at Ares Management Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed asset management of complex real estate assets, and Investment Manager at M7 Real Estate Ltd, managing Pan-European commercial real estate funds. Laird's career began as a Senior Investment Analyst at Tristan Capital Partners, focusing on value-add transactions, followed by a Fund Operations Assistant role. Educationally, Laird holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School.
