Kelvin Aist has been working in the sales and engineering industries since 1986. Kelvin began their career at Boeing as an Electrical Engineer, where they designed and built flight simulators for the AH-64 Apache helicopter. In 1991, they moved to GE where they worked as an Electrical Engineer. In 1996, they co-founded Sierra Sales, a manufacturers' representative, where they sold electronics, embedded computing and packaging in Colorado. In 2010, they co-founded Sierra Cases, a distributor of top quality transit cases, shipping and storage cases, rack mount cases, vertical racks and rack mount accessories. As a co-founder, they provided strategic direction, sought long-term partnerships with manufacturers and supervised digital marketing efforts. In 2016, they founded Westward Sales and is currently working as a Sales Manager & Founder.

Kelvin Aist received an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1990, majoring in International Business. Kelvin also obtained two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1981-1985, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.
