Gustavo Lima is an experienced technology leader with a comprehensive background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at Westwing Brasil since June 2015, Gustavo oversees a diverse development team focused on various projects. Previous roles at Westwing Brasil highlight a progressive career path, including positions as Tech Manager, Tech Coordinator, Tech Lead, and Software Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from expanding the technology team from 15 to approximately 100 members to enhancing team leadership skills and project management expertise.
