Shiva Malik

Shiva Malik is an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager at Westwing since November 2021, responsible for managing customer financial transactions, reviewing open balances, identifying error root causes, and establishing control policies to enhance efficiency. Prior to this role, Shiva worked at Accenture from May 2016 to October 2021 as an Accounts Receivables & Payables Team Lead, overseeing a team of nine and implementing an automated accounts payable system, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Accounts Receivables with a focus on supply chain management. Shiva's career began at Genpact India from July 2013 to April 2016 as a Process Developer, managing collections and reconciling debtor accounts for key North American and European clients. Shiva holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University and an Advanced Diploma in SAP from ERP Scholars.
