Michael Ortega

Michael Ortega is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Sous Chef at Westwood Country Club of Austin since April 2023. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Lead Line Cook at Olive & June Restaurant from June 2021 to April 2023 and worked as a Sous Chef at Max's Wine Dive from February 2018 to September 2020.
