Paul Butcher

Paul Butcher is an accomplished professional in the energy and petroleum sector, currently serving as Director of E&P Consulting at Westwood Global Energy Group since May 2016 and leading OMV's strategy and exploration efforts in the UK since July 2013. With a career spanning over two decades, Paul founded E&P Consultants and has held significant roles, including CEO of Panther Resources Ltd and various positions at BP, where strategic development in Russia and upstream reserves was emphasized. Paul holds an MSc in Marine Geology from UCL, an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from The Open University, and a BSc in Earth Science from Kingston University.
