Thom Payne

Thom Payne is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director and Head of Offshore Energy Services at Westwood Global Energy Group since July 2014. Prior to this role, Thom held the position of Associate Director at Douglas-Westwood from January 2007 to June 2014. Thom Payne earned a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Kent, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2006.
