Benjamin Blixt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Benjamin started their career in 1995 as a Survey Technician at the Bureau of Land Management, working on Cadastral Survey projects. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Graduate Surveyor at OHM Advisors and Tetra Tech. Benjamin then joined Wilcox Professional Services, LLC as a Graduate Surveyor in 2002 and later became a Project Professional from 2007 to 2009, where they performed a variety of land surveying tasks and office duties. During the same period, from 2005 to 2007, they served as the President of Proserv, Inc., handling various managerial and financial responsibilities. Benjamin also worked as the Vice President at J.B. Stitches from 2009 to 2014, where they contributed to marketing efforts and managed orders for screen-printed apparel and promotional products. Benjamin'smost recent role was as a Project Surveyor at Westwood Professional Services, where they started in 2014.
Benjamin Blixt obtained their Associate of Science degree in Surveying Technology from Ferris State University in 1997. Benjamin then pursued further education at the same university and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying Engineering in 2000.
In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has obtained several certifications. Benjamin became a Registered Land Surveyor from the Arizona Board of Technical Registration in July 2008. Later in August 2016, they obtained the Professional Land Surveyor certification from the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Furthermore, in May 2021, Benjamin acquired the Professional Land Surveyor certifications from the following institutions: Mississippi Board of Licensure for PEPLS, Alabama Board for Engineers and Surveyors, and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
