Scott Mears

Scott Mears has extensive work experience in surveying and management roles. Scott started their career as a Field Recruiter for the US Army in 2005 and later became a Personal Manager, serving until 2013. After leaving the military, Scott worked as a Surveyor for Shafer, Kline & Warren from 2013 to 2016. Scott then joined SGC Engineering, LLC as a Pipeline Surveyor for a year. In 2017, Scott joined Mott MacDonald as a Survey Crew Chief and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Survey Crew Chief at Westwood Professional Services.
