Raymond Moore

Raymond Moore currently serves as Corporate Manager of Operations at Wet Willie's, a position held since 2009. Prior experience includes working as a Criminal Investigator for NOAA from 1998 to 2004, where responsibilities involved conducting civil and criminal investigations to protect the nation's natural living resources. From 1995 to 1998, Raymond worked as a NOAA Certified Observer and Alaska Department of Fish and Game Certified Observer with Alaskan Observers, Inc., focusing on data collection to assess the health of Bering and Aleutian fisheries. Raymond holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marine Biology and Chemistry from Savannah State University (1989-1993) and a Language Certificate in Russian from Санкт-Петербургский Государственный Университет (2003-2004).
