Román Salazar

Román Salazar's work experience begins in 2011 as a monitor at Forenex. In 2014, they had an internship in logistics and production at Air Liquide and later worked as a design engineer at PARAISOLIA. In 2015, Román worked as a project engineer at Sisteplant before moving on to Accenture España as a Business & Technology Delivery Analyst. In 2017, they became a PMO Senior Analyst at Accenture and held that position until 2018. In 2019, Román joined Demium Startups for an incubation program and also co-founded wetechfood, where they currently serve as the CEO, focused on transforming the restaurant sector through robotics and technology.

Román Salazar studied at Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería Industrial (Industrial Engineering).
