Natasha Guimaraes

Natasha Guimaraes has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various companies and industries. Natasha is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at WAI Global, where they oversee the HR function for global operations. Prior to this, they held senior leadership positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, Svitzer, and Maersk Supply Service, where they focused on talent development, organizational design, and integration during mergers and acquisitions. Natasha has also worked in HR roles at Ausenco, AECOM, Yum! Brands, BP, and Subsea 7, gaining experience in areas such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Natasha Guimaraes has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed the Business in Society Learning Track Certificate of Specialization from Harvard Business School, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ in 2008, specializing in Executive studies. Natasha also has a background in Psychology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
