Moses Mwai

Moses Mwai has worked in the travel industry for the past seven years. In 2022, they began working as an Account Executive for Africa at WeTravel. Prior to this, they were a Sales Account Manager at Viutravel from 2021, where they planned market visits, developed and implemented a customer service program, and managed a portfolio of accounts. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Corporate Travel Account Manager at Jumia Group, where they were in charge of organizing corporate travel and providing relevant information and offers for accommodation and flights. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Corporate Travel Consultant at Rosolo Safaris & Events, where their duties included managing travelling arrangements, guiding tour consultants, bringing in new business, and arranging meet and greets for international clients. Moses also worked as a Tours and Travel Consultant and a Travel and Tourism Consultant at Rosolo Safaris & Events, where their responsibilities included planning tour itineraries, selling travel packages, and collecting payment for transportation and accommodations.

Moses Mwai has completed two educational programs. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Utalii College and obtained a Customer Service degree in Customer Service Management. Moses also obtained a Diploma from Utalii College's IATA Training program in International Travel & Tourism and Consultant.
