Jon Andrews

Jon Andrews has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Senior Software Engineer at WEVO since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at the same company from January 2020 to February 2022. Before joining WEVO, Jon was an Engineer (Officer) at State Street from June 2018 to November 2019.

Alongside their professional roles, Jon also spent time at iD Tech Camps, where they held the position of Lead Instructor at the MIT Coding and Engineering Academy in 2017 and at the MIT Programming Academy in 2016. In these roles, they managed teams of programming instructors and taught coding to high-school-aged students throughout the summer.

Jon's work experience also includes a position as a Floor Worker at Dunkin' Donuts from June 2012 to October 2015, where they worked full-time during the summer and on weekends during the school year. Jon started as a coffee maker and later expanded their responsibilities.

Additionally, Jon had a valuable internship experience at Zebra Technologies in 2014. As a Test Engineering Intern, they shadowed employees, attended meetings, and conducted tests on prototype printers to determine appropriate default settings.

Overall, Jon has gained expertise in software engineering, instruction, and testing throughout their diverse work experience.

Jon Andrews obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jon attended the institute from 2014 to 2018.
