Clecia Simões

Clecia Simões is the Chief Human Resources Officer for WeWork in Latin America. Clecia has been with the company since August 2021 and in this role, they are responsible for overseeing the human resources function for WeWork's Latin American operations. Prior to their current role, Clecia was the CHRO for WeWork Latin America and before that, they were a founding partner of Mind Design Lab.

Clecia has extensive experience in talent management and identification, having worked in this capacity for Ackermann Beaumont Group and Predicta. During their time at Predicta, they were also responsible for the marketing and product development strategy for B2B markets in media, business intelligence, CRM (behavioral), and service automation. In addition to their work in human resources and marketing, Clecia is also a co-author of books and research papers on online marketing published in Brazil and internationally.

Clecia Simões reports to Susan Catalano, Chief People Officer. Clecia Simões works with Michael Szeto - SVP, Head of Total Rewards, Gianna DelliCarpini - VP, COO - Global People Team, and Mayumi Idate - Head of People, Japan.
