Gianna DelliCarpini

Gianna DelliCarpini is currently the VP, COO of the Global People Team at WeWork. Prior to that, Gianna held various roles in People Operations at WeWork as well as at Deloitte and Capgemini Consulting. Gianna has experience in designing and deploying Employee Experience programs and advising clients on organizational transformation projects. Gianna holds an MBA in Human & Organizational Performance and Strategy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Villanova University.
