Tyler Flood

Tyler Flood is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Counsel at WeWork since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Groupon from March 2016 to January 2021. Additional legal experience includes positions as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Tyler began a legal career as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and participated in an internship program with the United Nations.
