Susan Stockwell Andrews began their work experience in 1990 as an Operations Coordinator at the City of Windsor - Mayor's Office, where they worked until 1995. In 1995, they joined Windsor Casino Limited as an Entertainment Manager for four years. susan then joined WFCU Credit Union in 1999, where they currently hold the position of Vice President, External Affairs and Corporate Secretary.

Susan Stockwell Andrews attended Kingsville District High School from 1982 to 1987. Following their graduation from high school, they enrolled at the University of Windsor, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration. Susan completed their undergraduate education at the University of Windsor from 1987 to 1991.
