Michael Wenrich

Michael Wenrich is the Senior Sales Director for HES Facilities Management in Florida and S. Georgia. Michael has over 20 years of experience in the sales and business development industry.

Previously, Wenrich worked as the Business Development Manager for Duval Landscape Maintenance from July 2020 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for prospecting and networking in the southeast region of the United States to identify potential clients and build relationships with new clients. Michael also prepared proposals that spoke to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

Before working at Duval Landscape Maintenance, Wenrich was the Director of Business Development at C&W Services from October 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for identifying potential clients, researching and building relationships with new clients, and preparing proposals. Michael was also instrumental in retaining a $9 million annual service contract at a major airport.

Wenrich has been recognized for their accomplishments in the industry and has been hand-selected by upper management to participate in various programs. Michael is a member of several industry associations and attends local and national industry events.

Michael Wenrich completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Management at Penn State University. Prior to that, they completed a High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep at Fleetwood Area High School.

Michael Wenrich reports to Charlie Spencer, President & CEO. They work with Craig Wall - VP, Business Development Ohio, Wisconsin & West Penn, Collins Onyando - Regional Manager, and Philip Gilbert - Corporate VP, HR.
