Regan has over 15 years of combined experience in facilities management in both healthcare and higher education settings.

He is a strategic thinker with a knack for seeking out innovative solutions that improve efficiency and create a better customer experience.

Regan has a passion for leading people and believes that an organization's success truly depends on its people. Therefore, training and development are always a top priority for him to ensure their people have the necessary skills and are utilizing the most effective techniques to provide the highest quality of service to their clients while promoting a culture of appreciation amongst his team.

Prior to joining the team, Regan was a Resident District Manager at Princeton University. Regan is a graduate of Brigham Young University and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) through the IFMA organization.
