Mark Hurst is the Founder and CEO of Creative Good, the world's first and oldest customer experience consulting firm, established in 1997, where direction-setting, client liaison, research, writing, and staffing decisions are overseen. Hurst is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Good Reports, a platform offering non-toxic alternatives to Big Tech products, and hosts "Techtonic," a radio show on WFMU. Previously, Hurst founded and hosted the Gel conference, which showcased early talks from notable speakers in the realm of good experiences. As an author, Hurst wrote "Customers Included," a guide on incorporating customer insights into strategy and product management. Hurst has served as an instructor at the School of Visual Arts and has held the position of Director of Product Development at Yoyodyne Entertainment. Educational credentials include two degrees in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
