Guo Lijun

Mr. Guo was appointed as an Executive Director in December 2013. He has also served as an executive vice president and the chief financial officer of WH Group since April 2016 and holds directorships in various subsidiaries of the Group. Prior to this, he was the deputy chief executive officer from October 2013 to January 2014, and a vice president and the chief financial officer of the Company from January 2014 to March 2016. Mr. Guo has over 20 years of experience overseeing the financial operations of various companies within the Group.
