Colin Faber

Colin Faber is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in developing big data and cloud storage products. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at Whamcloud since January 2022, Colin is responsible for the building and maintenance of Lustre, Exascalar, and Stratagem products for high-performance computing (HPC) and enterprise clients. Prior to this role, Colin worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from October 2010 to February 2022 as an R&D Manager, where leadership was provided to the team responsible for Lustre file system engineering on some of the world’s top HPC machines, ensuring timely support and delivery of essential features and fixes to mission-critical customers.
