Joshua Huang

Joshua Huang is an incoming Real Estate Acquisitions Intern at Sculptor Capital Management for summer 2025, bringing experience from various roles within the real estate sector, including as Institute Head and Webmaster for the Wharton Undergraduate Real Estate Club and as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager with the Wharton Asia Exchange. Previously, Joshua gained hands-on experience as a Finance & Acquisitions Intern at Stockton Real Estate Advisors and served as Property Manager at H&C Preston LLC, overseeing marketing and tenant relations for multiple rental properties. Additional experience includes a Service Operations internship at HSB - Hartford Steam Boiler and a leadership role in business development and marketing at Children of Promise Asia, where efforts supported individuals with disabilities. Joshua is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School, having graduated as Salutatorian from The Episcopal Academy in 2022.
