Frank Dipaolo

Frank DiPaolo is a seasoned Project Manager currently associated with Wharton-Smith, Inc. since July 2017, having also held roles as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer within the company. Prior to this, Frank worked as a Transmission Engineer at High Power Development from September 2016 to July 2017. Frank's engineering career began at UC Synergetic, where roles included Transmission Engineer 1 and Student Intern from July 2014 to September 2016. Earlier, Frank gained experience as a Student Intern at Dewberry in late 2013. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained in 2015.
