Alan Barton

Alan Barton has extensive experience in the food service industry, with a focus on franchise operations and training. Alan began their career at Arby's in 1991, where they served as a Director of Training and Regional Operations Consultant. Alan then joined Pollo Tropical in 1995, where they held roles such as Director of Training and Franchise Business Manager. In 1999, Barton became the Vice President of Operations and Training at Chicken Kitchen. Alan later joined Intown Suites as an Area Manager for Florida and Alabama. Barton then moved to Burger King Corporation in 2003, serving as the Director of Operations Research and Development until 2011. Most recently, they worked at Pollo Tropical from 2012 to 2017 as the Director of Operations Services.
